Introduction
The eJirga Legal Aid is dedicated to the provision of justice to the masses using advanced information and communications technology. The eJirga Program has realized that law is a complicated subject for the masses and where inefficient legal systems are working the cost to citizens increases many folds.
Program Objectives
Pakistan is country with an outdated legal system where the lower courts are a cause of concern for common citizen. The clogged judicial system along with an inefficient bureaucracy has compounded the problems of mitigation and dispute resolution for individuals and groups. The program component works in the following operational objectives;
To provide awareness about the most common legal issues
To provide innovative solutions to citizens and the judiciary on providing relief to common citizens
To provide legal aid to the under served in the society

ای جرگہ لیگل اید پروگرام بنانے کا مقصد عام عوام کو انصاف کی فراہمی میں مدد کرنا اور انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے انصاف کی رسائ کو ممکن بنانا ہے۔ عوام کے لے کورٹ کچھری کے معملات عام عوام کے لیے مشکل ہیں اور حکمومتی اداروں کے غیر معیاری کارکردگی کی وجہ سے عوام ایک بڑی قیمت ادا کرتے ھیں۔
پروگرام کے مقاصد
پاکستان کا عدالتی نظام فرسودہ اور وقت کی ضرورتوں کو پورا نہیں کرتا۔ نچھلی سطح کے کورٹس میں عوام کے مشکلات کو درپیش مسائل کرنے کے لیے انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کو بھتر طور پر بروکار لایا جاسکتا ہے۔ نچھلی سطح کے حکومتی ادارے اور ان کے احلکاروں کی وجہ سے عام عوام کو مزید مشکلت کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ اس پروگرام کے اہم مقاصد مندرجہ زیل ہیں۔
عام عوام کی قانونی آگاہی میں کمی واقع کرنا
عوام اور جوڈیشیری کے لیے ایسے اقدام اٹھانا جو جدت پسندی پر مبنی ہوں
اگر معاشرے میں ایسے لوگ جو غریب ہوں ان کی قانونی مدد کی جائے
