State Citizen relations can only be built when citizens can find easy mechanism to engage with the public organization and express their opinion on the services offered by the state. The movement for participatory monitoring is part of the movement of open government and letting the citizen monitor the services offered by the state.
The government of KPK has announced the right to Information act which allows citizen to request information about the functions of public organization. This website is an effort to create an enabling environment for the citizen to use this right and also guide the government to meet the expectations under this law.
